Terms and Conditions
All online orders are subject to acceptance of out technicians, even if you have paid. In case , the said item is beyond our scope, the same will be communicated at the time of inspection and the amount will be refunded.
– Due to time constraints or staff shortage at the time of order, we have the right to not accept an order. The same will be communicated within 2 business days of receiving the order and the amount charged will be refunded within 4 business days.
– We take utmost care while handling, installing, repairing and shipping your items, but in case of any accidental damage or malfunctioning caused by our staff, our liability is limited to the refund of the inspection and/or repair and/or part replacement charges you have paid.
– We stand by our work. In case the same issue repeats within one year of our repair, we’ll perform the necessary rework free of charge. In case the item is already at E.O.L. (End of Life) or is declared B.E.R. ( Beyond Economic Repair) by our technicians, the repair charge would be refunded.
– Our technicians have the right to refuse to inspect or repair a job at your site, if the conditions are not safe as per Work safe BC guidelines.
